Accredited Education & Training is a trading name of Printem Pty Ltd, and may be referred to as AET throughout this website

Whilst we encourage you to print and use this resource as often as you like, it is important to note that the following is not allowed within the terms of your purchase:

  • Providing any AET product (or part thereof) to other persons, entities or organisations separate to the licensee
  • Allowing employees or any other persons to copy and / or retain AET product products (either in whole or in part) outside the purchasing organisations premises
  • Other terms and conditions are detailed below



All products purchased from AET product Ltd remain the intellectual property of AET product and their respective authors. All rights reserved.  No part of any publication provided by AET product may be reproduced by any means for use outside the purchasing organisation, without the prior written permission of AET product.

The Licensee releases and indemnifies Printem Pty Ltd T/A Accredited Education & Training, its products and its employees, agents, authors and third party data suppliers in respect of all claims, expenses, losses, damages and costs arising, directly or indirectly from:

  • the Licensee’s or any other person’s use of any product sold or supplied to the Licensee by Printem Pty Ltd T/A Accredited Education & Training product;
  • any breach of this Licence by the Licensee;
  • any negligent act or omission or wilful misconduct of the Licensee in connection with this Licence.

This clause survives the expiration or termination of this licence


Assessment Tools, Mapping Documents and L&A Strategies will be supplied in Microsoft Word format.  All Learner Guides will be supplied in PDF format embedded with the Licensee’s logo.


As these products are provided in electronic format, no refunds are payable. However, if you have any concerns at all, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We pride ourselves in delivering high quality products, and we want you to be happy with your purchase!


The licensee is permitted to use the products listed above for the duration for the parent training package to which the units belong.


No warranties, express or implied, are given or ordered for any product developed by or sold by AET. However, in the rare event that your products are deemed non-compliant by your state registering body at your next AQTF audit, we will provide written comments or modifications (as deemed appropriate by AET) for lodgement with your audit response. AET is not liable for any decision made by a State or Federal Registering Body.


The licensee may make any modifications / improvements to the Assessment Tools, Mapping Documents, L&A Strategies and RTO Policy and Procedure system documents sold by AET without the written consent of Accredited Education & Training Pty Ltd.  The licensee may not make any modifications to Learner Guides sold by AET without the written consent of Accredited Education & Training Pty Ltd.  The licensee may not replicate the content or format of any AET products for the development of any other document.  



All products may be printed and used within the licensees business for the purpose of training and education.  Learner guides may uploaded by the licensee to a secure online learning platform that requires the student to securely log-in to the system to access the data.

AET is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal details you have submitted will be used only to process and fulfill your order and notify you of your order status. Should you wish to receive updates regarding promotions or new products and services offered by AET, you will need to subscribe to our newsletters separately.

Your personal details will not be released to any other parties or used for any other purposes.


AET wants to ensure that you can purchase your products with complete confidence online. We do not store any of your personal details online, including credit card details. We offer the following payment options.

  • Direct Debit – You will automatically be issued an invoice once your order is placed. Please note that orders are not processed until clear payment is received – which may take up to 2 days from the day you pay it.
  • PayPal – One of the most used payment gateways specialising in secure online payment systems, providing you (the consumer) peace of mind with their buyer protection program. PayPal accepts Visa and MasterCard payments, or pay direct from your own PayPal account.
  • SecurePay – Owned by Australia Post, SecurePay is  an  industry leader in secure online payment systems, providing you (the consumer) peace of mind with their buyer protection program.  All card payments are processed through SecurePay, and Print’em does not  see or keep any of your Visa or MasterCard  details.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Warranty

This statement is not intended to exclude or limit any rights which you may have under the Commonwealth Trade Practices Act or equivalent State Laws.  To the extent permitted by law, the service and all products and services provided by us are provided “as is” with no warranties whatsoever and all express, implied and statutory warranties including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly disclaimed. 

Your accessing or use of www.aet.com.au (the services) is at your own risk.  This service is not warranted to be error free or uninterrupted.  We disclaim any warranties for the security, reliability, timeliness and performance of the service.  Neither we nor any other person involved in the creation, provision or maintenance of the service shall be responsible for interruption of the service, linkage to any third party sites, damage to your computer, damage to other property or loss of data resulting from your access to or use of this service.

In the event of any loss, damage or mishandling of your products or images by us, our affiliates, agents or employees, even where due to negligence or other fault or if unauthorised access is gained or misuse of an image is made by any third party, our liability shall be limited, at our option, to reprinting the product for you or refund of any monies paid by you to us.  This is your exclusive remedy for any loss, damage or mishandling.  Except as expressly provided in the immediately preceding paragraph to the fullest extent allowed by the law neither we, nor any other person involved in the creation, provision or maintenance of the service, shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your access to or use of this service

Governing Law

These policies and any agreements shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Victoria, Australia.


If any court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or part thereof of this agreement to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable that provision or part thereof shall be severed from this agreement and the remaining terms and provisions of this agreement shall remain in force and constitute the agreement between us.
